Push Foundation India aims to be recognized as an effective organization working towards the empowerment of women and to bring together women from urban as well as rural areas to fight for their cause. We work on a variety of issues like health, nutrition, agriculture, forestry, income generation activities, seeking microcredit, and so on.
Since the overall empowerment of women is vitally dependent on economic empowerment, we are involved in the following activities:
Pushp Foundation India has a significant role in bringing drastic changes in the life style of women and so far have been successful in making women to become independent and self motivated. Building a sense of self-confidence so they can take their own decisions in matters concerning them by increasing the literacy level of women.
In order to make gender equality a reality, we continue our work in furthering women’s cause in all walks of life like social, educational, economic, household etc., Our volunteers work right from the grassroots level in areas like education, health, violence against women, and leadership to ensure that their overall development is looked after so they can be capable of supporting their livelihoods.
Pushp Foundation India is a place where women from all walks of life can come together, access government schemes and programs, and various other critical information that can change their lives and contribute to their livelihood.
Till now, it has been a satisfactory journey that gives us immense confidence to work harder and contribute to society at large. Unless meaningful changes are achieved on these fronts, Push Foundation India will continue to strive hard and achieve success in building a nation that believes in and supports women’s empowement.
Youth Empowerment
The youth are the most vibrant and diversified segment of the population. India is one of the world’s youngest nations, with around 65 percent of the population under the age of 35. India’s demographic profile is predicted to be quite positive, although the threat of an ageing population is present in the majority of developing nations. It is essential that the economy can support the growth in the work force and that young people have access to the education, training, health literacy, and other enablers needed to make a positive economic contribution.
In order for India’s youth to realize their full potential and actively participate in the process of constructing the country, the entire country must contribute to their overall growth. The way to do this is to motivate young people.
The conditions and influences that promote the growth of citizenship and productiveness among young people as they transition into adulthood, according to the United Nations Human Settlements Program (UNCHS-Habitat). It is concerned with adapting government systems and organizations to protect and deliver children’s, youths’, and human rights, including the freedom to participate.

Encouraging employability
The vision of the Pushp Foundation is to empower young people to create a healthy, unified, progressive, and sustainable community. Pushp Foundation uses the 3E formula to inspire youth: Encourage, Educate, and Employ. Pushp Foundation’s Skilling to Employment initiative aims to improve employability of youth from politically, socially, and geographically disadvantaged backgrounds. Pushp Foundation educates BPL youth in high-demand skills so that they can benefit themselves and their communities.
Career counselling
Pushp Foundation’s Youth Empowerment Mission includes Career Guidance for students, as well as Industry Expert Interaction Sessions for directing them with the theme “How to Build Future?” Students are introduced to both traditional and non-traditional options for securing their futures. Youth sessions focused on personality development, communication skills improvement, and inspiration to have a good outlook when dealing with life’s ups and downs.
